An Everts Air Cargo Douglas DC-9-30, registration N935CE performing flight 5V-960 from Bethel,AK to Anchorage,AK (USA) with 3 crew, was climbing out of Bethel above 13,000 feet when the crew reported problems with the cabin pressure, descended the aircraft to 10,000 feet and decided to return to Bethel. The aircraft landed safely back in Bethel about 35 minutes after departure. There were no injuries, the aircraft sustained substantial damage.
The FAA reported a post flight examination revealed structural damage as result of an unsecured cargo jack. The aircraft sustained substantial damage, the occurrence was rated an accident
